What is your shipping policy?
Please allow 1-7 business days for shipping after processing.
Next Day Air is overnight shipping.
NO REFUNDS CAN BE MADE ONCE ORDER IS PLACED.
Once shipment is SENT, you will receive an email with your USPS Tracking Number included.
All orders are shipped US Postal Service (USPS).

What is your Processing Policy?
On Hand sets has a processing time of 1-3 “Business Days”after order has been placed. Excluding
weekends and holidays
Made to Order and Custom Orders has a processing time of 7-14 “Business Days” excluding weekends and
holidays.
Rush Order Option has a processing time of 1-2 “Business Days” before shipping.

Where is my order?
Once your order is placed please allow the complete processing times before reaching out for help.
unfortunately I do not provide the status of an order before the allotted time.
Please note once shipped, their may be delays due to the USPS or a national holiday .

What is your return policy?
Unfortunately due to COVID-19 NailzByRaquel, Too Pressed By Raquel and Nail Slang is unable to
accept returns.

ALL SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND PRESS ON ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. UNLESS NOTIFIED BY THE
NAIL TECH.
NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL.
